Primary Care & Mental Health

Integrated Family Care offers comprehensive primary care services for families looking to improve their health. We provide preventive care, pediatric care, routine medical visits, acute / chronic disease management, & high quality care at every stage of life. We provide services to patients ages 0 to 99.
Integrated Family Psychiatry Care offers Psychiatric Mental Health services for families wanting to improve their mental health. We treat: depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD & more. We offer medication management, psychiatric therapy, psychiatric education & psychiatric evaluation. We also offer genesight testing!

Other Services

Annual Wellness Exams AWE is a personalized preventive plan to prevent illnesses based on your health and risk factors. Covered 100% by insurances. 
Wellness IV Therapy Enhance your overall well-being with our wellness IV therapy features NAD+, gluthatione, immunity boost, brainstorm, inner beauty, weight loss and vitamin shots.
Chronic Care Management We can manage chronic diseases such as: diabeties, hypertension, endocrine disorders, heart issues and asthma. We collaborate with other providers to optimize your care.
